Delivery Times
We dispatch our goods on time and in good faith that your order will arrive according to the above listed time frame. However, on occasion, delivery may be delayed due to extreme weather, failed attempted delivery (no safe place to leave/ locked gate etc.) or unexpected courier delays to which is to be taken up with the nominated courier via your tracking, not through Gift Box Gallery. If you have selected 'Deliver order ASAP', there are some instances where we may be able to deliver before estimated time frame. 
Volume Orders & Deliveries
For Gold Coast Deliveries, we offer a flat rate service.
For Australia wide outside Gold Coast locations delivery is discounted for every additional hamper to just $5
For orders on 10+ hampers to the same destination, please contact us on 1300 726 946 or by email at with your volume order enquiry as freighting discounts may apply.  
Orders placed online over $1000 receive free delivery (Unavailable between November 21- December 31st)

Courier Carriers
Our Gold Coast deliveries are hand delivered by our own staff or with our trusted local courier for a personal delivery with care meaning no melted chocolates, no damaged items & an impressive presentation. With our local courier, you receive a delivery success notification email so there is no questioning if your gift has arrived on time. On occasion, your delivery will be made by an in-house staff member so a tracking number may not be provided however, we obtain the person's name who accepts the gift or a photo of where the gift has been left if not home at time of delivery. Gifts will only be left if our staff deem it safe to do so (in shade and out of sight from neighbours). In the event the gift is unsafe to leave, gift will be returned to store for customer collection. 
For regional Gold Coast deliveries and deliveries Australia wide, our gifts and hampers are sent with Aramex Couriers & on occasion using Australia Post. Tracking emails are sent to the billing address email you provide via Aramex / Australia Post upon us booking your consignment. 
Special instructions for courier
At checkout, there is a field to 'add delivery instructions' Please provide special delivery requests (e.g. "Deliver on Tuesday August 5th for Birthday Occasion") and/or instructions (e.g "deliver to reception", "leave behind pot plant at front door if not home" etc.) Please note: our couriers are unable to phone recipient prior to delivery. Special delivery requests will be printed on order shipping label, however, it is at couriers discretion if requests can be fulfilled at time of delivery.
In the event no one is home
Gifts & hampers are considered to be 'perishable' items by couriers and therefore are automatically labelled with ATL (Authority to Leave). If the recipient is not home or unavailable at time of delivery, our courier will attempt to leave it with someone else at the address or in a location deemed safe at the address. In the instance where there is no safe place to leave, courier will keep gift onboard and we will be in touch with sender or recipient to arrange re-delivery. In some instances, a card may be left to advise recipient of attempted delivery and how to receive this gift (may be taken to parcel connect or closest post office).
Incorrect delivery address
Should an incorrect delivery address be provided, Gift Box Gallery will not be held liable for delivery not being made to recipient. Please enter as much information as possible regarding delivery to avoid any issues- Be sure to include unit number, building name or estate location (if applicable), street number & correct postcode.
Sending to a workplace vs. home location
Please ensure the address provided is the most appropriate destination for Monday-Friday business hours. Delivery to recipient’s workplace is recommended. Alternatively, when sending to a home location, please provide sufficient information on how to gain access to property and a safe place to leave in the event the recipient is not available to accept the delivery.
Couriers terms & conditions
Gift Box Gallery contracts reliable courier services that have set terms and conditions as well as their own discretion in delivering your hamper to the recipient. Once hampers have been dispatched from our premises, any queries or changes regarding delivery are to be taken up with the nominated courier company using your tracking number (provided on request). We make every effort to deliver your hamper on the nominated date and as per your specific delivery requests, however cannot guarantee these requests are fulfilled due to external courier carriers of goods. We endeavour to ensure your order is delivered safe, securely & in good condition, however, can not be held responsible or liable in the rare event a consignment is damaged or missing once courier has recorded the package as 'successfully delivered'. Please contact us for proof of delivery obtained via our courier partner which includes verification of recipient acceptance with signature obtained & the time in which gift was delivered, attempted to be delivered or left at premises.
