Gold Coast Metro Deliveries (Free)
Complimentary hand delivery across the Gold Coast metro area — from Pimpama to Coolangatta — ensuring every gift arrives in perfect condition.
Estimated arrival is within 1 business day of dispatch. Order by 11am AEST.
For outer Gold Coast suburbs such as Tamborine, Bonogin, Jacobs Well, or Currumbin Valley, please select Australia-Wide Delivery (Flat Rate $14.95) or contact us to confirm eligibility.
Deliveries are hand-delivered by our team or trusted local courier Deliversure, ensuring hampers remain beautifully presented with no melted chocolates or damaged packaging.
Our couriers will obtain either the recipient’s name or a photo where the gift has been left (available upon request by email). Gifts are only left if deemed safe to do so — shaded and out of street view.
If no safe location is available, your gift will be returned for collection or re-delivery.
Australia-Wide Delivery (Flat Rate $14.95)
Reliable, tracked delivery Australia-wide via our trusted courier partners, including Aramex, Startrack and Australia Post (used for regional and P.O. Box deliveries).
Orders are typically delivered within 2–8 business days, depending on the destination.
Tracking details are automatically sent to the billing email once your order has been dispatched via our chosen courier affiliate.

Local Pick-Up (Helensvale – Free)
Free collection is available by appointment from Helensvale.
Once your order is ready, our team will contact you to arrange a convenient pickup time.
Dispatch & Volume Orders
Orders are dispatched next business day to ensure your gifts arrive quickly and safely.
During peak seasons (such as Christmas or Mother’s Day), please allow additional lead time.
For volume orders (10 or more hampers to one destination) or customised orders of 3 or more, please contact us for delivery scheduling advice or allow additional lead time.
If you’re sending high volume hampers to multiple addresses, please email us your Bulk Ordering Form for a streamlined process.
Special Delivery Instructions
At checkout, you can add special requests such as:
“Deliver on Tuesday 12 December for Birthday” or “Leave behind pot plant if not home.”
While couriers receive these notes on the label, specific placement or timing requests can’t be guaranteed, as final decisions rest with the driver on the day.
If No One Is Home
All hampers are labelled ‘Authority to Leave’.
If the recipient is unavailable, couriers will leave the gift in a safe location or with another person on site.
If no suitable spot is found, the courier will arrange a re-delivery or provide a collection card.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check delivery details before checkout.
Gift Box Gallery cannot be held responsible for non-delivery where an address is incorrect or incomplete.
Always include unit numbers, estate names, building names, and accurate postcodes to avoid delays.
Recommended Delivery Address
Where possible, we recommend delivering to a workplace (Monday – Friday business hours).
If sending to a home, please include any gate codes or safe-drop instructions to ensure smooth delivery.
Courier Terms & Conditions
Once hampers leave our premises, they are in the care of our courier partners.
For delivery updates, redirections, or delays, please contact the courier directly using your tracking number.
We ensure every hamper leaves safely packed and beautifully presented, but Gift Box Gallery cannot accept liability for delays or losses once a courier records the item as successfully delivered.
