Gold Coast Metro Delivery — Free
Complimentary hand delivery is available throughout the Gold Coast metro area, from Pimpama to Coolangatta.
Next-business-day delivery is available for orders placed by 2pm AEST, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders containing three or more gifts may require additional preparation time.
For outer Gold Coast suburbs such as Tamborine, Bonogin, Jacobs Well and Currumbin Valley, please select Australia-Wide Delivery at the flat rate of $14.95. If complimentary Gold Coast delivery is available for the entered postcode, it will be displayed automatically at checkout.
Gold Coast deliveries are completed by Gift Box Gallery or our trusted local courier, Deliversure. This helps ensure hampers remain beautifully presented throughout delivery.
Our local couriers will record either the recipient’s name or the location and time at which the gift was left. This information is available upon request by email. Gifts will only be left where the driver considers the location safe, shaded and out of street view.
If no safe location is available, the gift may be returned for collection or redelivery.
Australia-Wide Delivery — Flat Rate $14.95
Reliable, tracked delivery is available Australia-wide through our trusted courier partners, including Aramex, StarTrack and Australia Post. Australia Post is generally used for regional and PO Box deliveries.
Orders are typically delivered within 2–10 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination. Delivery times may be longer during public holidays, severe weather and peak periods.
Tracking details will be sent automatically to the billing email address once your order has been dispatched.

Local Collection — Nerang, Free
Free collection is available by appointment from our private studio at 52 The Domain, Nerang QLD 4211. Please note that this is not a retail shop.
Next-business-day collection is available for orders placed by 7pm AEST. Once your order is ready, you’ll receive an email or text confirming your collection time.
Same-day collection is not currently available. Please wait for confirmation before visiting the studio.
Dispatch and Volume Orders
Orders containing three or more gifts may require additional preparation time.
For orders of 10 or more gifts to one destination, or corporate orders requiring branding or customer-supplied merchandise, please email us before ordering so we can confirm availability and preparation time.
For volume orders being delivered to multiple addresses, please email info@giftboxgallery.com.au to request our Bulk Ordering Form.
Order Timing and Delivery Instructions
At checkout, enter ASAP for the earliest available delivery or enter your preferred date in DD/MM/YYYY format in the Order timing field.
Use the Delivery Instructions field for access information and safe-drop directions, such as:
“Enter via side gate” or “Leave behind the pot plant if no one is home.”
Requested delivery dates, exact delivery times and specific placement instructions cannot be guaranteed. Final delivery timing and placement decisions rest with the courier.
If No One Is Home
Courier deliveries are generally sent with Authority to Leave where permitted.
If the recipient is unavailable, the courier may leave the gift in a safe location or with another person at the address. If no suitable location is available, the courier may arrange redelivery or provide collection instructions.
PO Box deliveries are handled according to Australia Post procedures.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please check all delivery details carefully before completing checkout.
Gift Box Gallery cannot accept responsibility for delivery problems caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied with the order.
Please include unit numbers, building or estate names, street numbers and the correct postcode to help avoid delays.
Recommended Delivery Address
Where possible, we recommend delivery to a workplace that is attended during Monday-to-Friday business hours.
If sending to a residential address, please include any gate codes, access information or safe-drop instructions required for delivery.
Courier Information
Once an order has been dispatched, tracking and delivery are handled by the nominated courier. Please use the tracking link provided for delivery updates and contact the courier directly for redirection requests.
Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by severe weather, public holidays, courier delays or other circumstances outside our control.
Every hamper leaves our studio carefully packed and beautifully presented. If tracking shows that an order has been delivered but the recipient cannot locate it, please first check reception areas, safe locations and with other people at the address. If it still cannot be located, email us and include your order number.

Gold Coast Metro — 1 business day
Complimentary next-business-day delivery when ordered by 2pm AEST.
Brisbane, South-East Queensland and Northern Rivers — 2–3 business days
Includes areas such as Bonogin, Currumbin Valley, Tallebudgera Valley, Jacobs Well, Tamborine and the Northern Rivers region. Timing may vary by suburb.
Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide Metro — 3–5 business days
Regional NSW, Victoria and South Australia — 4–7 business days
Western Australia, Northern Territory and Tasmania — 8–10 business days
All delivery timeframes are estimates from the date of dispatch. Remote locations and peak periods may require additional time.
