PRICES
All prices listed on products of this site are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST but exclusive of delivery charges (added at checkout).
ITEM SUBSTITUTES
All items have been included in good faith on the basis that the goods, as described, will be available at the time of sale. Should an item not be available, we will substitute with a similar item of same or greater value.
DISPLAYED PRODUCTS
For photographic purposes some hampers are displayed with props that are not included. Please read the contents list carefully.
All hampers outside Gold Coast / Brisbane Metro are presented in a stylish gift box(es) or packed into a hamper container and finished with ribbon. No hampers outside of the Gold Coast / Brisbane Metro area are presented bunch wrapped with cello as may be listed due to the fragility of our products.
RETURNS AND CREDITS
It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Gift Box Gallery if an order does not arrive. Once you inform us, we will lodge enquiries with the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.
If your gift has been damaged prior to receipt, we will replace items accordingly or refund the credit card used to the value of the damaged goods. It is required that the damaged/ faulty item(s) be returned for assessment to:

In accordance with our terms and conditions herein, it is agreed that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle cancellation or refund of an order.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation or alteration to orders must be made at least 48 hours prior to delivery (volume orders of 10+ may not be cancelled once ordered). Any order may not be cancelled once in transit to the recipients' premises.
GIFT CARDS
Gift Box Gallery is pleased to provide a complimentary and personalised gift card with every hamper. Gift message will be requested at checkout.
Corporate logo gift cards are also available at no extra charge. Please email your logo to info@giftboxgallery.com.au with your corporate gift card request.
LIQUOR ACT
It is an offence to obtain liquor on behalf of a person under the age of 18 years; this includes purchasing the wines as a gift.
Hampers containing alcohol may only be purchased by a person aged 18 or over. By placing an order with Gift Box Gallery, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
If in doubt, our couriers may request some form of ID with proof of age at the time of delivery.
There are several terms and conditions that apply when purchasing from Gift Box Gallery. Your decision to access or use this site will indicate your agreement to be governed by these rules. Gift Box Gallery reserves the right to alter the content of this website, terms & conditions at any time.
Gift Box Gallery products are distinguished by our outstanding content and decorative containers. The quality of your computer monitor will determine the quality of the resolution of images on the website. Therefore, there can be no guarantee that packaging and colour seen on your screen are exact matches.
All associated images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs and written material appearing on the website are owned, controlled by, and licensed to Gift Box Gallery. These materials are subject to copyright and trademark laws and their unauthorised use or reproduction is deemed a violation of law. All information may be downloaded or copied for personal use only.
