For Gold Coast deliveries we personally hand deliver as well as contract through our trusted local carriers Xpress2U Couriers & Fastway Couriers.

Australia wide deliveries are contracted through our trusted professional carriers including Fastway Couriers & Australia Post for efficient & friendly service for our customers & recipient's of our gifts. 



Gold Coast - Next Day (when order is placed before 5pm AEST) 

Brisbane / Sunshine Coast / Sydney / Northern NSW - 1-2 Business Days

Melbourne / Northern QLD - 3 Business Days

South Australia - 4 Business Days

Delivery to NT / WA and all other Country /Rural Destinations - 7 Business Days


For orders with multiple hamper combinations, we will notify you if there will be a delivery delay as all of our hampers are made to order and handwrapped with care every time.

We aim to service your specific delivery date requests, however as we use external couriers, occasionally this is out of our control. Please contact us to discuss any concerns or special requests you may have relating to the delivery date of your order

*Times are listed as Business Days and are estimated times only. Gifts may of may not arrive earlier than times listed and are to be used as an indicator only. Gift Box Gallery will dispatch on time, everytime in good faith that your order will arrive according to these listed times. On occasion, this will be varied due to extreme weather, failed attempted delivery (no safe place to leave/ locked gate etc.) or unexpected courier delays to which Gift Box Gallery will not be held accountable.



Please provide special delivery requests (e.g. "Please deliver on Tuesday August 5th for Birthday Occasion") and/or instructions (e.g "deliver to reception", "leave behind pot plant at front door if not home" etc.)

Please note: our couriers are unable to phone recipient prior to delivery or upon an unsuccessful delivery

Any special delivery requests will be printed on order shipping label, however, it is at couriers discretion if requests can be fulfilled at time of delivery to which Gift Box Gallery will not be held liable for



Gifts & hampers are considered to be 'perishable' items by couriers and therefore are automatically labelled with ATL (Authority to Leave)

If the recipient is not home or available at time of delivery, our courier will attempt to leave it with someone else at the address or in a safe & shaded location at the address

In the instance where no one can accept the delivery & there is no safe place to leave, a calling card will be left by the courier which will either:

Request recipient to arrange re-delivery either by phone or online OR advise recipient that the parcel has been taken to the nearest post office for convenient collection

If this is unable to be done, we will contact you direct to discuss options for re-delivery

Should an incorrect delivery address be provided, re-delivery to recipient's correct address will be at customers expense. Please enter as much information as possible regarding delivery to avoid any issues- Be sure to include unit number, building name or estate location (if applicable), street number & correct postcode. Details regarding your delivery charge may be inaccurate should the state and/or postcode entered be incorrect. In the event that the actual postcode differs from the postcode entered, your order will not be dispatched until you are notified by phone with the additional relevant charges to be paid prior to your order being dispatched

Please ensure that the address provided is the most appropriate destination for these hours. Delivery to recipient’s workplace is recommended as couriers operate during regular business hours Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM excluding public holidays

Gift Box Gallery contracts reliable courier services that have set terms and conditions as well as their own discretion in delivering your hamper to the recipient. Once hampers have been dispatched from our premises, any queries or changes regarding delivery are to be taken up with the nominated courier company using your tracking number (provided on request). We make every effort to deliver your hamper on the nominated date and as per your specific delivery requests, however cannot guarantee these requests are fulfilled due to external courier carriers of goods

We endeavour to ensure your order is delivered safe, securely & in good condition, however, can not be held responsible or liable in the rare event a consignment is damaged or missing once courier has recorded the package as 'successfully delivered'. Please contact us for proof of delivery obtained via our courier partner which includes verification of recipient acceptance with signature obtained & the time in which gift was delivered, attempted to be delivered or left at premises
