Gift Box Gallery offers online ordering via our shopping cart. You may
browse the site and select gift hampers or order from our Express Lane.
When you join as a member of Gift Box Gallery Online, you may login to
view your order history.
Gift Box Gallery offers secure online ordering by 128 bit encryption
of sensitive data. We never store your credit card information in our
database for your security. All ordering information is protected as it
is sent across the network by encrypting communications using a protocol
called Secure Sockets Layer (SSL).
Gift Box Gallery uses Thawte Secure Certificate. For more information
on Thawte certificates, please see http://www.thawte.com/.
Delivery Information
Deliveries are contracted to various freight companies and require a signature from a person of appropriate age at the recipients address, unless specified that the parcel may be left by the front or back door if no one is home. If no instructions are given, a card will be left for the recipient to collect the hamper from the freight depot or to arrange redelivery.
*Note: We recommend that you have the recipient sign for the delivery. We are unable to take responsibility for packages that do not require a signature. However if a parcel is delivered and no-one is home, and no instructions are given as to where the parcel is to be left, then extra delivery charges will apply. A redelivery charge will also apply if an incorrect or incomplete delivery address is given.

For deliveries of more than one hamper to the same destination, freight is calculated at full rate for the first hamper and 50% for each additional hamper thereafter to Gold Coast and Brisbane Metro areas only. Please note that for volume orders (5+) to the same destination, further discounted rates may apply. Please contact our sales office on (07) 5561 7722 for a quotation.
We make every effort to deliver your hamper on the nominated date. However we cannot guarantee delivery on that date as all deliveries are operated by Courier services.
Please note: we do not deliver weekends or Public holidays.
Orders placed online over the weekend or public holidays will be processed on the next business day
