How To Order

  1. Select a category from the menu on the left hand side of the homepage
  2. Once a category is chosen, you can browse the Gift Box Gallery range and select a gift
  3. Often the category has multiple pages to view. The page numbers are displayed at the bottom of each page. You do not have to view these pages chronologically; you can skip to whichever page you wish to view
  4. For a more detailed description about a gift, click on the ‘More Details’ button. This will take you to a content list and description of the gift
  5. To purchase this item, click on the ‘Add to Cart’ button. This will take you to ‘My Cart Summary’ where you can view or make alterations to your selection
  6. Once you are satisfied with your selection, proceed to ‘Checkout’ to begin the ordering process
  7. Step 1 of the ordering process: Fill out your personal details or if you are an existing member, login with your username and password to skip this section. Please note all yellow fields are mandatory and if these fields are not complete, the order process cannot proceed
  8. Step 2 of the ordering process: Complete the delivery details and any special instructions. Please note that gifts can only be delivered during normal business hours
  9. Proceed to the next page to confirm all your details are correct. At this stage, you have the opportunity to amend any incorrect details by clicking on the relevant links displayed on the page
  10. Once you are satisfied with your order, scroll down to Step 3 of the ordering process to complete your payment details and confirm your order. Alternatively, you may choose to print this page and fax your order through to our office
  11.  Your order request is now complete. An order confirmation will be sent to your email address
